What will be deleted?
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Profile Information — Your name, email, phone number, and address
- Booking History — All past and scheduled appointments
- Payment History — Transaction records (card details are never stored)
- Preferences — Your saved settings and customizations
- Usage Data — Your activity and interaction history
What may be retained?
📊 Some anonymized analytics data may be retained for up to 6 months for internal
analysis purposes. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
How to delete your account
To permanently delete your Home Healers account:
- Click the "Delete My Account" button below
- Confirm your request when prompted
- Your data will be processed for deletion within 30 days
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
